Concentrix PH launches first-ever WFH hub

Global customer experience (CX) and IT solutions provider Concentrix Corporation has opened its first-ever facility dedicated to work-from-home (WFH) employees in the Philippines called Concentrix Community Hub.
The company’s Community Hub is built to support remote workers who need a free facility with a secure internet connection. Employees can utilize the hub during emergencies that can affect their ability to work, such as loss of home electricity or internet connection.
The BPO company also offers free transport via the Concentrix P2P bus for its employees within NCR Plus.
Additionally, a “Hubmobile” was also launched to transport tools and equipment for employees who need a WFH set-up. There are also recruitment digital kiosks built in the hub’s lobby for a safe and paperless job application.
During the opening ceremony, Concentrix SVP and Philippines Country Leader Amit Jagga said that the hub is a clear demonstration of the company’s “unparalleled way” of championing care, performance, and security for their people.
The inaugural Concentrix Community Hub is currently located in Sun City Plaza, Imus, Cavite. A new branch will be opened in Bulacan in September, with an expected expansion in other locations in 2022.
