Concentrix names Ryan Peterson as EVP and CPO
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing company Concentrix has appointed Ryan Peterson as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer.
In his new role, Peterson will spearhead the design, development, and release of Concentrix’s new products. He will focus on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI)-powered solutions while utilizing the firm’s area expertise.
Peterson will report directly to Chris Caldwell, Concentrix’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
“With the strong demand for transformation from our clients, Ryan’s addition to our leadership team will allow us to accelerate and scale the innovation and solutions we are already deploying,” said Caldwell.
Prior to joining Concentrix, Peterson held multiple executive positions at Amazon Web Services, including Worldwide Head of CXE Sales, Worldwide Storage Specialists Leader, Global Head of Business Development Storage Strategy, and more. He also had stints in Data Republic, Dell, and NetApp.
“My time at Amazon taught me about the power of connecting with customers and seeing the world through their eyes,” said Ryan Peterson. “It showed me that at the intersection of technology and human empathy, there’s a chance to really make a difference.
Concentrix ranked #3 in the OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This ranking places Concentrix above its position in the OA500 2023, where it held the #12 spot.
