Concentrix to double its Jamaican operations
Global outsourcing leader Concentrix is looking to hire 1,000 employees over six months in Jamaica – doubling its current workforce in the island country. The firm will employ more customer service agents, as well as supervisory and management personnel.
Associate Director for Service Delivery Jeanne-Marie Dillon Barrett said Concentrix Jamaica has been steadily growing its client base over the past four years, and is recruiting additional talent to support that growth.
“By growing Jamaica in our portfolio, we have expanded our services and offered new options to our clients, in addition to offering hundreds of job opportunities for the local market,” she said
Concentrix has been operating in Jamaica since 2017. It currently has two locations: one in Montego Bay and the other in Kingston.
