ibex, Wixcorp announce partnership
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm ibex and revenue management solutions provider Wixcorp recently announced its strategic partnership that aims to transform the patient financial experience in the healthcare sector.
The two companies are set to launch a joint solution to increase patient satisfaction through a combination of industry-leading customer support with a transformative suite of innovative, cloud-based patient financial solutions.
ibex will optimize the patient journey through enhanced customer support, which includes technology-driven cost estimation, scheduling, and self-pay payment options. It will be embedded in Wixcorp’s Redde technology platform.
