Concentrix to hire 1.5K employees in Dominican Republic

American Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company Concentrix has announced its plans to recruit an additional 1,500 individuals to its operations in the Dominican Republic over the next three months.
The California-based outsourcing giant said it is looking to employ English-speaking graduates for its call centers in the Caribbean country.
The new staff will work for the company’s North American clients and will be trained in the company’s exclusive arm ‘Concentrix University’.
The hiring activity comes after the reopening of the US economy following months of a partial lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Concentrix runs three contact centers in the Dominican Republic across its capital city of Santo Domingo.
