Conduent gets bronze for advancing learning management technology

Business process services firm Conduent Incorporated said it has been given the Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology category.
The company was recognized for its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution, developed and implemented across Learning Administration processes to minimize errors, enhance data entry quality, boost efficiency, and save costs. Its RPA solution performs several tasks including data entry, developing session invitation emails, creating attendance sheets, and processing paper course evaluations, among others. According to Rachel Cooke, chief operating officer at Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program, the winners of the Excellence in Technology Awards like Conduent are at the forefront of technology innovation.
