Connext ranks no.6 among Hawaii’s fastest growing companies

HONOLULU, HAWAII — Connext Global Solutions ranked sixth among Hawaii’s fastest-growing businesses and No. 129 overall on Hawaii Business Magazine’s 2026 Top 250, marking 12 consecutive years of growth for the offshore team-building firm since its founding in Honolulu in 2014.

According to a company announcement, the recognition came alongside three senior leadership appointments as Connext prepares for continued expansion across its offshore delivery markets.

Co-management model drives Connext’s 12-year offshore growth

South Asia’s first AI-integrated enterprise recruitment platform, Connext Global Solutions builds dedicated offshore teams for clients in healthcare, finance, professional services, and back-office operations across four markets: the Philippines, Colombia, Mexico, and India.

The firm’s co-management model gives clients direct control over training, workflows, and quality standards while Connext handles recruiting, human resources (HR), payroll, compliance, facilities, and information technology (IT) infrastructure.

For healthcare and finance clients processing sensitive data, the ability to maintain operational oversight of offshore teams without separately managing HR and compliance has driven steady adoption of the model over more than a decade.

“We started in Hawaii twelve years ago with a simple idea: companies should be able to build offshore teams without handing over control,” said Tim Mobley, President and Founder of Connext Global Solutions.

The Top 250 ranking placed Connext sixth among Hawaii’s fastest-growing companies by revenue growth and No. 129 overall on the state’s 250 largest businesses list, with the awards ceremony held on August 13, 2026.

Leadership additions signal expansion across delivery markets

Connext appointed Jonathan Ho as Vice President of Finance and Kevin Thai as Vice President of Strategy and Operations following the Hawaii Business Magazine recognition.

James Tagalog was named artificial intelligence (AI) and Automation Lead, a role the company said reflects growing client demand for technology-integrated business process outsourcing (BPO) delivery across its target verticals.

Connext said the three senior appointments are designed to expand service capacity and scale AI-linked automation offerings alongside the established offshore staffing model that has sustained the firm’s growth since 2014.

For enterprise buyers comparing offshore BPO providers, Connext’s Hawaii headquarters provides a United States domestic engagement point that few multi-country offshore staffing firms share.

The co-management model, in which clients retain direct oversight of daily team operations while the provider manages HR and compliance, has sustained the firm’s growth across a 12-year period in a market where buyers increasingly cite operational control as a primary factor in provider selection.

As BPO providers broaden into AI-linked delivery, the addition of a dedicated Automation Lead signals that integrated technology and staffing services are becoming a baseline expectation rather than a premium add-on.
