Cooper Parry expands digital portfolio with Front Foot buyout

DERBY, UNITED KINGDOM — Professional services group Cooper Parry has acquired London-based marketing cloud intelligence specialist Front Foot for an undisclosed amount.
The deal aims to strengthen Cooper Parry’s growing digital division by adding specialized data intelligence capabilities to its service offerings.
Strategic expansion across digital services
Cooper Parry has been on an aggressive acquisition spree, completing 12 deals in just 22 months. The £180 million ($232 million) turnover business now employs over 1,400 people across 12 UK offices, offering services spanning audit, tax, wealth management, business outsourcing, business law, and Salesforce solutions.
The Front Foot acquisition follows Cooper Parry’s purchase of MacroFin in 2024, a NetSuite-certified enterprise resource planning (ERP) consultancy with operations in London, Manchester, and the Philippines.
This expansion comes after New York-based Lee Equity Partners replaced Waterland Private Equity as Cooper Parry’s capital partner in December 2024, in what was described as “one of the largest deals of its kind in the global accountancy market.”
Front Foot’s expertise in marketing intelligence
Founded in 2017, Front Foot specializes in Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) and has been delivering AI-powered marketing intelligence to diverse clients including global marketing agencies, multinational corporations, government entities, retailers, and independent digital agencies.
Front Foot founders Christian Osborne and Sam Eaton will join Cooper Parry as Data & Intelligence Directors, bringing their expertise to the company’s digital division.
“Bringing Front Foot into the CP Digital family is a brilliant fit – strategically and culturally. Christian and Sam have built an outstanding reputation. Their data and marketing intelligence specialism perfectly complements our existing Cloud Orca (Salesforce) and MacroFin (NetSuite) businesses,” said Ed Rowland, Head of CP Digital.
The acquisition unites Front Foot with Cooper Parry’s existing digital businesses and further expands its capabilities in data analytics, marketing intelligence, and cloud solutions.
