CRN recognizes North America’s leading MSPs

MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — American IT news publication CRN recently highlighted the top North American managed services providers (MSPs) in its 2024 Managed Service Provider 500 list.
The annual list is divided into the Elite 150, Pioneer 250, and Security 100 categories based on company size and services.
The Elite 150 MSPs have extensive managed services portfolios supporting midmarket and enterprise customers. These providers are recognized for both on-premises and off-premises capabilities across IT infrastructure, security, cloud, and more.
The Pioneer 250 recognizes companies with business models weighted toward managed services and largely focused on the small and medium-sized businesses market, while the Security 100 category recognizes MSPs focused primarily on off-premises and cloud-based security services.
“The solution providers on our 2024 MSP 500 list are bringing innovative managed services portfolios to market,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company, CRN’s parent company.
CRN’s MSP 500 list reflects the rapid growth in demand for managed services. It also helps businesses identify potential partners that can improve IT operations, reduce costs, and address cybersecurity threats.
“MSPs are leading the way in digital transformation for organizations of all sizes,” said Raddon.
Allied Market Research reports that the managed services market is set to reach $594.8 billion globally by 2031, growing at an 11.3% compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
