IAOP unveils 2024 Global Outsourcing 100 list
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) recently unveiled its 2024 Global Outsourcing 100 list, spotlighting the top outsourcing firms worldwide.
This year’s list showcases companies that have excelled in customer references, awards, innovation, and corporate social responsibility. It also highlights the adaptability and success of service providers in a year marked by digital disruption.
The selection process for the list is rigorous, reflecting a customer’s Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Companies complete an online application that includes company information, a profile to qualify for sublists, and detailed responses to evaluation criteria.
IAOP’s independent panel of judges assesses these submissions, categorizing firms into Leaders, Rising Stars, and Advisors based on size and growth.
Notably, the 2024 roster has grown more international, with 44% of the leaders based outside the United States, and includes companies from 19 different countries.

IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 list celebrates the achievements of the leading outsourcing firms but also serves as a benchmark for the industry, highlighting the growing importance of outsourcing as a strategic tool for businesses to reduce costs, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving global market.
Leading global outsourcing marketplace, Outsource Accelerator, is also coming out with its own objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
