This AI-first platform was built to help speed up the digitization process of CX and technology support ecosystems of their clients.
This new tech was developed and perfected for over six years by collecting knowledge from over 50 B2B and B2C clients to provide the best industry solutions using AI/ML algorithms with industry-specific context.
Further, CSS EDISON offers an integrated Amazon Connect capability that allows clients to transition their support center to the cloud seamlessly.
