The company acquired SBG Healthcare, a physician staffing firm specializing in operating room and surgical suite staffing. SBG Healthcare is led by co-founder Drew Seder, who will remain president of the company.
Epic also acquired Chicago Telerad, a provider of diagnostic imaging and teleradiology services led by radiologist Dr. Faisal Sami. Dr. Sami will continue to lead Chicago Telerad as its president.
