KLDiscovery acquires India-based Cenza Technologies
MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES — Electronic discovery and data recovery company KLDiscovery has acquired India-based Cenza Technologies, an alternative legal services provider, marking the company’s expansion into the Indian market.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The strategic acquisition brings Cenza’s expertise in contract lifecycle management, document review, and legal artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into KLDiscovery’s end-to-end platform.
Founded in 1999, Cenza has over two decades of experience providing scalable and cost-effective outsourced legal services to corporations, financial institutions, law firms, and legal departments in the United States and the United Kingdom from its delivery center in Noida, India. The company has been consistently ranked by Chambers and Partners as a top alternative legal services provider globally.
