EXL Honored In IAOP’s Best Of The Global Outsourcing 100
Operations management and analytics firm EXL has announced that it has been included in the leader’s list of IAOP’s Best of the Global Outsourcing 100. The company was also recognized as being among the “best of the best” in several categories that include customer references, innovation and corporate social responsibility. Rohit Kapoor, vice chairman and CEO at EXL, said being recognized for customer references and innovation underscores the company’s approaches to client partnership, co-creation and capability development.
Kapoor added that being honored for corporate social responsibility acknowledges the company’s global commitment to programs that help transform communities. EXL has appeared in the Best of the Global Outsourcing 100 list several times in the 10 years that IAOP has been producing the list. The list showcases the dedication, expertise and hard work of the best firms in the outsourcing sector, said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO.
