Firms to use hybrid work as a competitive strategy, says Frost & Sullivan study

Maintaining a hybrid workplace could be the most effective way to stay competitive in the labor market and attract and retain the most talented professionals, said market research company Frost & Sullivan.
In its latest white paper commissioned by software firm Dialpad, Frost & Sullivan revealed that most businesses intend to support a hybrid workplace if it means getting ahead of their competitors.
However, the paper also highlighted that a shift in organizational culture means adopting new digital technologies and developing new work strategies to ensure that business objectives are met on time.
Melanie Turek, Frost & Sullivan VP of Connected Work, emphasized “organizations must shift from a reactive to a proactive approach.”
“They must ensure they have the right technology and culture to support all their employees, regardless of where they are working,” Turek stated.
Meanwhile, Dialpad CEO Craig Walker added that hybrid work means that “the need for a seamless, intuitive platform that meets the needs of today’s evolving hybrid work environment is more important than ever.”
The paper also noted that cloud service providers are emerging as key points of contact to procure AI solutions. At the same time, IT operations are moving away from technology enablement, toward a focus on optimization, security, and support.
