Global RPO provider AMS acquires Canada-based HirePower
Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider acquired 100% of the share capital in its Canada-based industry competitor HirePower.
In a press release, AMS said that the deal brings the firm on-the-ground capability and a platform to create a digital and technology sourcing and hiring center of excellence in Canada, supporting North American and global clients. The transaction also broadens AMS’ client base.
In an interview with Staffing Industry Analysts, AMS said they would work closely with the HirePower team on all aspects of the integration over the coming months.
David Leigh, CEO of AMS, added that HirePower’s excellent team — which has built a market-leading business with an excellent reputation for service and client satisfaction — will help their firm continue its strong momentum.
The deal follows AMS’ acquisitions of India’s FlexAbility, Europe’s The Up Group, and the US’ CnL Advisors.
AMS did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition to the public.
