Formix launches a future-talent program for HR

COLOMBO, SRI LANKA — Formix has launched Future Talent for Enterprises, a complimentary artificial intelligence (AI) and human resources development program designed to equip HR professionals with practical skills in AI-powered recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, holding its inaugural session in Colombo on June 29, 2026.
The session brought together 15 HR professionals from organizations and universities across Sri Lanka at Shangri-La Colombo, marking the physical launch of the Formix C-Suite Circle executive exchange series alongside the new training initiative.
Formix AI platform anchors the new HR training program
The program covers practical applications of AI across recruitment, executive search, employer branding, leadership development, and contemporary HR operations.
South Asia’s first AI-integrated enterprise recruitment platform, Formix operates across Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Australia, with a candidate database of more than 3 million professionals and top rankings from Clutch.co and The Manifest in Sri Lanka.
Formix said the initiative reflects the company’s responsibility as one of Sri Lanka’s leading recruitment and HR consulting firms to invest in the long-term development of the country’s HR profession.
Formix C-Suite and HR circles form the enterprise learning platform
Formix operates two knowledge-sharing platforms: the Formix C-Suite Circle for senior business leaders and the Formix HR Circle for HR professionals, both created to help organizations identify and address emerging workforce challenges.
The company plans to organize additional Circle sessions throughout 2026 to expand the program’s reach across Sri Lanka’s business community.
The complimentary structure of Future Talent for Enterprises makes AI and HR training accessible to HR professionals across organizations of all sizes, removing enrollment cost as a barrier to adoption.
For outsourcing providers and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations managers, the readiness of HR professionals to work with AI tools is a live operational challenge.
Recruitment functions in BPO companies depend on the same talent acquisition disciplines the Future Talent for Enterprises program addresses: high-volume screening, skills-based shortlisting, and workforce planning at scale.
Formix’s decision to invest in HR practitioner training rather than platform sales alone reflects the broader reality that enterprise AI adoption in HR requires practitioners who can configure, interpret, and manage AI-assisted workflows, not just access them.
Formix is currently subscribed as an Outsource Accelerator (OA) BPO Partner. Through OA’s Marketing, Sales, and Source Partner Hubs, the firm accesses a unified growth platform designed to convert high-intent prospects and accelerate deal flow in the outsourcing industry.
