Foundever expands in Egypt with third multilingual hub, to hire 4,000 by 2026

CAIRO, EGYPT — Global customer experience provider Foundever has announced the opening of its third hub in Egypt.
The new facility, located in the City Stars Towers of Nasr City, was launched with a ceremony that included dignitaries from Egypt’s Ministry of Labor and Investment Authority and other significant guests.
This expansion is part of Foundever’s global growth strategy, targeting countries with strong talent pools and attractive investment climates. The company recently launched its first South African operation in Cape Town.

Tapping into Egypt’s talent pool
The expansion not only reflects Foundever’s confidence in Egypt’s economic and operational potential but also its commitment to harnessing local talent.
Cairo’s robust educational system, with over 250 universities and institutes, continually supplies graduates with expertise in ICT, finance, and accounting, essential for the technology-driven services Foundever offers.
“Our presence in Egypt reflects not just strategic foresight, but a firm belief in its ability to swiftly scale to meet growing demand. I’ve witnessed firsthand Egypt’s unparalleled support for our U.S. and global clients,” Miranda added.

Mina Wahba, General Manager of Foundever in Egypt, emphasized the company’s commitment to creating an engaging work environment.
“Our local team works hard to make sure our hubs are more than just a place to work, but also a space for learning, training, and entertainment”, said Wahba.
“We develop employees’ skills at work using facilitated digital courses for career and personal development, and also allocate teams to support and assist during their work period through offering entertainment, sports, and artistic initiatives for employees.”
The company also engages with the local community through initiatives like the Conversation at HeART program, where employees interact with local artists, fostering a deeper connection with contemporary art.
This initiative is part of Foundever’s broader commitment to enriching the communities it operates in, as evidenced by the launch of Foundever.org, a foundation aimed at enhancing skills in underprivileged communities.
