Tower Health outsources revenue cycle to Ensemble
PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — Medical firm Tower Health has announced it will outsource its revenue cycle management operations to Ensemble Health Partners.
This collaboration aims to streamline Tower Health’s revenue cycle operations, allowing the healthcare provider to focus on delivering exceptional care to its communities.
Under the agreement, Ensemble will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of Tower Health’s revenue cycle operations across its hospitals and physician practices.
By leveraging Ensemble’s expertise and advanced technology solutions, Tower Health anticipates improved financial performance and a smooth experience for both providers and patients throughout the healthcare journey.
With this alliance, Ensemble now oversees $32 billion in annual net patient revenue, solidifying its position as the largest revenue cycle outsourcing provider for mid-sized to large healthcare organizations.
The partnership underscores Tower Health’s commitment to strategic collaborations that drive operational excellence and enhance patient care.

Tower Health is a regional integrated healthcare system that offers its services to communities in Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
With approximately 11,500 employees, Tower Health consists of Reading Hospital in West Reading; Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville; Pottstown Hospital in Pottstown; and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, in partnership with Drexel University.
Meanwhile, the Ohio-based Ensemble Health manages more than $29 billion in net patient revenue (NPR). It offers revenue cycle management services to over 250 healthcare institutions across the U.S.
