Foundever opens 1st PH hub, to hire 2.4K workers
CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Newly rebranded Business Process Management firm Foundever recently opened its first-ever Philippine hub in Cebu City.
The firm, formerly Sitel Group, added that they want to hire 2,400 professionals in Cebu in the first half of the year as they implement a hybrid setup.
The new hires will fill positions for several industries, including customer service, technical and telecommunications support, healthcare services, financial and banking services, and travel under a hybrid work setup.
“As a company that supports omnichannel communication, we will be continuously seeking to hire voice, email, and chat associates to ensure our customers receive the best possible service,” said Foundever VP for Global Associate Experience Dorothee Dalaine.

Foundever already has 7,000 employees in Cebu under its Sitel brand. The new hub is its first ever under the new name.
The firm added that its rebrand helped solidify its place among the world’s top three customer experience (CX) providers.
