G12 Communications, Luware forge partnership
WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — Unified communications solutions provider G12 Communications announced a strategic partnership with Luware, a company specializing in contact center solutions.
The move aims to bolster Teams Contact Center services via Operator Connect.
Luware’s contact center solution, which is fully integrated and certified with Microsoft Teams, provides advanced routing capabilities and an attendant console. These features drive efficiency and effectiveness, offering businesses improved call flow management and routing, enhancing agent productivity, and elevating customer satisfaction levels.
As a certified Operator Connect provider, G12 offers a comprehensive solution that integrates Microsoft Teams Phone deployments, telecommunications automation, and secure Microsoft Connections. The new offering will simplify the customer experience by presenting a single-vendor solution, maximizing the potential of both Teams and Luware’s cutting-edge technology.

G12 Communications, headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, was founded in 2011 and has a revenue ranging between $1 million and $10 million, according to Crunchbase.
