GC Services rebrands as InteLogix, expands service range

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — GC Services, a veteran in the Business Process Management (BPM) field, has rebranded to InteLogix, signaling a broadening of services and a renewed focus on integrated technological solutions.
Mario Baddour, CEO and President, explained that the name InteLogix exemplifies their pledge to provide intelligent, integrated solutions, and setting the standard in industry best practices.
“We’re not just following the digital transformation trend; we’re shaping it, ensuring that technology amplifies rather than overrides the human connection,” Baddour added.
Baddour further clarified that GC Services, now under the InteLogix umbrella, will carry forward the company’s rich legacy in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) services.
In a press statement, the company said the move represents an evolution of its identity as it continues to serve existing clients while seeking new partnerships.
“By combining the trusted GC Services name with the innovation and integrated solutions of InteLogix, the company will be well-positioned to provide even greater value and excellence to its clients in the field of ARM,” the statement further said.
Founded in 1957, the Houston, Texas-headquartered GC Services is a business process outsourcing provider, offering accounts receivable and customer care solutions to public and private organizations. It has an estimated annual revenue of $1.6 billion, according to ZoomInfo.
The company rebrand comes nearly two years after GC Services’ parent company, Midco, filed for prepackaged bankruptcy, retiring roughly $110 million in debt. GC Services was not a party to the filing, hence its operations was not impacted by the Midco proceedings. GC Services also laid off dozens of staff in 2019.
