GGA Solutions launches claims services division

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Nearshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm GGA recently launched its new claims services division, GGA Claims Services.
GGA said their new claims unit is equipped to face the rising number of retired claims adjusters and recent college graduates in the tech industry.
“Customers get tired of interacting with automated technology, whether online or on the phone, especially those customers who don’t necessarily walk around with a smartphone all day,” said GGA Claims Solutions CEO Thomas Kohler.
