Grid Dynamics expands Americas presence with Argentine software firm acquisition

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc., a provider of technology consulting and digital engagement services, has announced its acquisition of Mobile Computing S.A., a software development firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This acquisition aims to bolster Grid Dynamics’ reach and effectiveness in serving enterprise clients, especially in sectors such as manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and financial services.
Strategic expansion and service enhancement
By incorporating Mobile Computing’s skilled team, known for high-quality application development and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) services, Grid Dynamics expects to elevate its delivery model further, providing round-the-clock service for its clients across time zones. This addition expands Grid Dynamics’ workforce and offers its enterprise clients increased flexibility and capacity for digital transformation.
