HawkSoft to train Elevate Teams’ insurance staff
OREGON, UNITED STATES — Insurance staffing provider Elevate Teams has tapped software firm HawkSoft to train its staff in the utilization of its management platform.
“They approached us to get formal training for their teams and sent key staff through the same training we deliver to agencies that rely on HawkSoft to power their insurance business. Agencies that work with Elevate report strong results from this collaboration,” said Rushang Shah, Chief Marketing Officer at HawkSoft.
Dominic Piccirillo, Co-Founder of Elevate Teams, noted that the company has integrated HawkSoft’s management system into its pre-placement training program.
“This has allowed our virtual assistants to thrive with our HawkSoft clients,” Piccirillo added.
HawkSoft is a provider of a management platform for insurance agencies. It employs more than 150 people across the U.S. who work from home or its headquarters in Canby, Oregon.
Meanwhile, Elevate Teams offers staffing services to insurance agencies. It specializes in client-facing and back-office-trained virtual assistants. It gathers its bilingual talent pool from Latin America, who can align their working schedules with clients.
