Helpware wins big at 2023 Stevie Awards

KENTUCKY, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Helpware clinched eight awards at the 2023 Stevie Awards, highlighting its dedication to excellence and evolution as a company.
At the Stevie International Business Awards, Helpware achieved the following accolades:
- Gold in Company of the Year – Business or Professional Services – Large
- Gold for Executive of the Year, celebrated by Dana Sides-Mahoney, Sr. Vice President of Global Operations
- Bronze in Achievement in Customer Satisfaction
Additionally, the firm’s employers were honored with these awards:
- Gold for HR Director Victoria Dzyba as “Human Resources Professional of the Year.”
- Silvers for categories including Employer of the Year, CEO Robert Nash as “People-focused CEO of the Year,” Talent Development Manager Yuliia Khomych in “Learning or Training,” and Global Recruiting Director Oksana Haidaienko for “Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.”
In a press release, Helpware said they stood out among competitors from 61 countries, owing to several key accomplishments. Over 2022 and 2023, the firm strategically expanded into Poland, Albania, Georgia, and Uganda, ensuring streamlined operations.
Focusing on customer success also led to a successful organizational restructuring, appointing a dedicated Vice President, and formulating clear performance metrics.
The firm also prioritized employee welfare, which was evident from a 4.7 Glassdoor rating and an 88% eNPS, emphasizing competitive compensation and continuous learning.
Amid the Ukraine crisis, proactive measures like emergency channels and support systems ensured a low turnover rate while even expanding the Ukrainian team.
After its acquisition of Cience, Helpware smoothly integrated 700 new members, with effective communication minimizing attrition.
Helpware, known for delivering top-tier digital customer experiences, was acquired by private quality firm Eir Partners for a majority recapitalization last year.
