Hire Velocity launches healthcare subsidiary Hire Health

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Hire Velocity has launched Hire Health, a subsidiary dedicated to serving the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Tackling healthcare staffing shortages
The initiative boosts Hire Velocity’s recruiting offerings to the U.S. healthcare sector struggling with staff shortages.
Founded in 2005, Hire Health will offer comprehensive RPO, executive search, and talent consulting services to healthcare and life sciences organizations nationwide.
Leading this new venture is Michelle Culp, a healthcare recruiting veteran with over 30 years of experience in partnering with healthcare organizations to deliver human capital solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance patient care.
“Our vision is a world where every healthcare organization is staffed with devoted and skilled individuals providing exceptional patient care,” Culp said in a press release.
Joining Culp is Jameson Foskey, Hire Velocity’s Practice Director of Healthcare, who brings over a decade of expertise in healthcare and healthcare IT recruiting.
Hire Health aims to reduce worker burnout, enhance patient care
Together, they will spearhead Hire Health’s efforts to empower healthcare organizations in overcoming industry challenges, reducing employee burnout, and improving patient care.
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a mass exodus of healthcare workers in the U.S. and all over the world. This has forced nurses to tend to multiple patients at a time, way beyond the normal nurse-to-patient ratios.
“Now more than ever, healthcare organizations need effective, results-driven recruitment strategies to reduce employee burnout and improve patient care,” said Marques Smith, President & Chief Executive Officer of Hire Velocity.
Smith earlier rose to the company’s top post in March this year, spearheading the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and operations.
“We’re very excited to partner with healthcare industry leader, Michelle Culp, to provide solutions to these problems with the launch of Hire Health.”
By addressing the talent gap and providing tailored recruitment solutions, Hire Health aims to help healthcare organizations maintain the highest standards of care and meet patient demands.
