HR Path raises nearly $1Bn to fuel UK deals

PARIS, FRANCE — HR Path has closed a nearly $1 billion transaction with Ardian to fund international acquisitions, with the United Kingdom a priority target.
According to a report from Business Cloud, the Paris-based HR outsourcing specialist generated €360 million (US$411.66 million) in annual revenue and achieved 70% growth over two years, operating in 30 countries with 2,600 professionals.
HR Path has already completed two UK acquisitions — IntSys and Three Plus Consulting. Ardian, a previous backer, led the transaction.
Ardian backs HR Path’s push into UK market
HR Path delivers HR transformation through consulting, technology implementation, and outsourcing for clients across 30 countries and organizations representing more than 20 million employees.
The IntSys and Three Plus Consulting acquisitions built HR Path’s UK foundation; further deals are planned as demand for outsourced HR technology grows in Britain. HR Path’s 70% two-year revenue growth and €360 million revenue position it among Europe’s fastest-scaling HR transformation platforms.
“This transaction marks a key milestone in HR Path’s history. It is a lever to accelerate our global growth while preserving the entrepreneurial model that has defined us since our founding. Our ambition remains unchanged: to build a reference player capable of sustainably supporting our clients’ major HR transformations,” said Cyril Courtin, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of HR Path.
UK digital transformation creates HR Path’s regional opportunity
Britain’s enterprise demand for cloud HR platforms continues to grow faster than most Continental European markets, making the UK a priority acquisition target for HR Path.
HR Path integrates consulting, technology, and managed outsourcing into a single engagement — reducing clients’ coordination burden across specialist providers.
With 30-country operations, HR Path competes directly with large outsourcing providers for multinational HR transformation contracts.
“The United Kingdom is a strategic market for HR Path and a major driver of our international growth. After a period of significant investment, expansion and success, this transaction gives us further resources to continue investing in local talent, strengthen our capabilities and support UK organisations as they transform their HR operations in an increasingly digital environment,” said George Gabriel, partner at HR Path.
The deal signals growing institutional appetite for HR services firms that combine consulting, technology, and outsourcing into a single-provider model.
For the BPO industry, HR Path’s model illustrates the convergence of advisory, technology, and managed HR delivery into integrated platforms capable of managing functions at multinational scale.
The UK’s position as HR Path’s fastest-growing European market reflects strong cloud HR adoption and a mature appetite for outsourced HR process management.
