iEnergizer wins Best Global BPO at the AP Insider Business Awards
iEnergizer was recognized as the Best Global Business Process Outsourcing Company of the year at the AsiaPac (AP) Insider Business Award held in London, England.
Judged by a carefully selected panel of industry specialists, the best global BPO award is given to the company that provided consistent and exceptional services to its clients over the past 12 months.
iEnergizer MD and COO Adarsh Kumar said that the recognition is a “fantastic achievement” for everyone at the firm as they have overcome “huge changes in the market” in 2021.
He shared that the company went through a “supply-rich environment” to a “landscape of acute talent scarcity and supply chain crises” over the last year.
Kumar added that throughout all the challenges, their employees “kept the customer experience at the heart of their decision-making, acting quickly to ensure nobody was disadvantaged by the shift to remote processes…”
Last August, iEnergizer also received the Excellence in Outsourcing at the 7th National Award by World HRD Congress and the BPO Organization of the Year at the Asia’s Employer Brand.
