Insight Global names new CFO

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Atlanta-based IT staffing firm Insight Global has appointed Chi Nguyen as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
Nguyen replaces former CFO Michael Lewis, who retired after 15 years with the company.
Nguyen brings over 27 years of finance experience to Insight Global, including 11 years as a CFO. She most recently worked as a senior operating executive and advisor for Cerberus Operations & Advisory Co. Before that, she served as CFO of Employbridge.
In addition to her corporate finance background, Nguyen sits on the advisory board of Sacred Cow Co., a consulting firm that provides behavioral science solutions for businesses.
Insight Global CEO Bert Bean expressed enthusiasm about Nguyen’s appointment, saying in a press release, “Her ability to partner, connect and push our teams will be huge for the growth of Insight Global.”
As CFO, Nguyen will oversee Insight Global’s accounting, financial planning, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and treasury functions. She will report directly to Bean.
Nguyen also shared her positive outlook in a statement, saying, “When I joined Employbridge in 2018, Insight Global stood out as an industry standard on growth. Five years later, it was an obvious ‘yes’ to join as CFO after spending time with the incredible leadership team and learning about what it means to be part of Insight Global.”
Insight Global is one of the fastest growing IT staffing firms in the United States, with over $2.7 billion in revenue in 2021. The company places around 50,000 IT professionals each year and has over 21 years of experience in the IT staffing industry.
