iQor PH receives 2023 Great Place to Work certification
PETERSBURG, FLORIDA — Managed services provider iQor earned its 2023 Great Place to Work Certification for its Philippine operations.
Issued by workplace culture authority Great Place to Work, the certification honors iQor’s ability to create rewarding employee experiences through its value-driven culture.
Celebrating this milestone, iQor President and CEO Gary Praznik said that he is “incredibly proud” of their Philippine team.
“We support our employees, value their feedback, and help them reach their career goals,” he added.
Great Place to Work Certification recipients undergo a rigorous assessment process that includes an independent survey of employees and a workforce questionnaire.
For iQor, more than 8 out of 10 survey respondents said that the firm offers a wide range of positive work experiences that includes a fair and just work environment, a friendly and welcoming team, and high levels of camaraderie and enjoyment.
The company’s excellent training and growth opportunities, recognition of accomplishments, and open communication between management and employees were also highlighted in the survey.
