iSON Xperiences acquires EC Outsourcing, expands to Europe
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Business process outsourcing firm iSON Xperiences has acquired EC Outsourcing, marking its foray into the European market.
iSON Xperiences, which has 16 locations in Africa, has effectively expanded its footprint in Europe through the purchase.
By acquiring EC Outsourcing, iSON Xperiences gains a foothold in the UK market, enabling it to serve clients in the region better while expanding its global reach. iSON Xperiences aims to bridge the geographical gap between Africa, the UK, and Europe.
This allows potential clients to collaborate directly with an African firm that possesses an in-depth understanding of the continent’s delivery landscape, facilitating seamless BPO services from Africa.
South Africa, in particular, has been gaining traction as a premier BPO destination. The government has allotted $30 million to its BPO industry.
Additionally, Pnet’s Job Market Trends report shows that AI roles such as data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers have seen substantial growth over the past year.
