Caribbean’s largest customer experience (CX) provider itel has announced its addition of Guyana-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Emerge in their expanding operations.
itel’s latest acquisition will allow the CX firm to include Guyana and Honduras in its geographic footprint that already has locations across the Caribbean, Latin America, and North America.
Their new offices will be located in a seven-story building in Georgetown, Guyana, and in Altia Smart City, Honduras. An expected 700 new employees will join the Caribbean company’s workforce.
