MicroSourcing, Beepo open Clark hub with 400 jobs

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — MicroSourcing and Beepo have opened a new service delivery center at Clark City Front Mall in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, creating up to 400 positions across healthcare, finance, technology, and back-office operations in one of the Philippines’ fastest-growing provincial outsourcing markets.

According to a report from Manila Standard, the facility — spanning 748 square meters — is a purpose-built upgrade from Beepo’s original Clark operations, which the company established in 2010, and marks MicroSourcing’s deepened commitment to delivering business process outsourcing (BPO) capacity outside Metro Manila.

Clark hub adds 400 seats; Beepo deepens 16-year provincial presence

Beepo first entered Clark in 2010, making the new facility a deliberate scale-up of an existing provincial footprint rather than a speculative market entry.

The Clark hub draws from a talent catchment spanning four provinces — Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, and Pangasinan — a geography that information technology-business process management (IT-BPM) operators are increasingly developing as Metro Manila’s talent pool tightens and provincial cost advantages become more pronounced.

Clark currently hosts more than 20,000 outsourcing professionals, supported by Clark International Airport connectivity, Clark Freeport Zone infrastructure, and proximity to regional universities producing graduates in finance, healthcare, and technology disciplines.

The new MicroSourcing-Beepo center adds to that base across four service verticals: healthcare revenue cycle and support functions, finance and accounting, technology services, and customer experience and back-office operations.

MicroSourcing and Beepo’s Clark expansion signals a structural shift in how Philippine IT-BPM operators are approaching provincial delivery — not as a Metro Manila overflow strategy but as a deliberate capability-led investment in a maturing regional hub with its own talent supply chain.

“As we continue to expand beyond Metro Manila, Clark represents exactly the kind of regional growth we believe in — thoughtful, capability-led, and anchored in long-term partnerships,” said Haidee Enriquez, Chief Executive Officer, MicroSourcing and Beepo.

Probe Group backs provincial push as Philippine IT-BPM hits $40Bn

MicroSourcing and Beepo operate under Probe Group, the Australian-headquartered BPO and contact center operator that has built a multi-brand Philippines delivery portfolio across Metro Manila and provincial markets.

The Clark investment is consistent with Probe Group’s broader approach: aligning multiple brands — MicroSourcing for mid-market managed operations and Beepo for SME-focused offshore staffing — under a unified provincial expansion strategy that increases delivery resilience and reduces geographic concentration risk.

The Philippine IT-BPM sector generated more than $40 billion in revenues in 2025, according to IBPAP, and continues to attract investment in provincial delivery centers as operators prioritize diversification beyond Metro Manila.

For global BPO buyers evaluating the Philippines, MicroSourcing and Beepo’s Clark commitment — 400 seats, four service verticals, and a location backed by 16 years of Beepo operational history — is among the most substantiated provincial delivery options in the current market.

“The investment highlights the companies’ commitment to expanding in regional business centers,” said Enriquez.

For offshore operators and global buyers tracking Philippine BPO delivery geography, the MicroSourcing-Beepo Clark hub reinforces a provincial expansion wave that is rebalancing the country’s IT-BPM capacity beyond Metro Manila — with Clark specifically positioned to serve as a tier-two hub with tier-one infrastructure.
