Mohr Partners expands in U.S. with new Phoenix office

DALLAS, UNITED STATES — Mohr Partners, a global corporate real estate advisory and outsourcing services firm, has extended its footprint in the United States by inaugurating a new office in Phoenix, Arizona.
The latest move comes as the company recruits industry veterans Jean Jensen and Emily Carden, both previously of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
As Mohr Partners’ designated market leader for Arizona, Jensen will also act as the broker of record. Carden joins Jensen’s team as a Senior Associate.
Robert Shibuya, Chairman & CEO of Mohr Partners, highlighted the growing demand in Phoenix, noting that many of their national and global clients are either already established in the area or contemplating relocation to Arizona. This demand prompted the establishment of a corporate-owned office in Phoenix.
As part of their ongoing U.S. expansion strategy, Mohr Partners announced new branches in Reno, Nevada, and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina earlier this year.
Mohr Partners’ services encompass strategic planning, business intelligence, transaction management, and more, facilitated globally through strategic alliances in Canada, Mexico/Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
