Momentum acquires G12 Communications 

ATLANTA, UNITED STATES — Momentum, a prominent player in managed services, today finalized its acquisition of G12 Communications, specializing in Microsoft Teams solutions, fortifying its growth in the collaboration market. 

The move is poised to elevate the digital workplace, offering state-of-the-art voice-enabled collaboration tools essential for the modern, increasingly remote workforce.

The collaboration between Momentum and G12 Communications introduces a new era of workplace flexibility and communication, catering to the evolving needs of businesses. Rick Garcia, Co-Founder and CRO of G12, who will transition to Momentum as EVP of Modern Workplace & UC, expressed enthusiasm for the innovative prospects the merger will unlock.

With the deal’s terms undisclosed, Momentum remains firm in its commitment to delivering secure and scalable managed services, leveraging its global reach across 65+ countries. 

Earlier this year, Momentum announced the acquisition of Asset Black, a Georgia-based managed network provider.
