Momentum acquires G12 Communications

ATLANTA, UNITED STATES — Momentum, a prominent player in managed services, today finalized its acquisition of G12 Communications, specializing in Microsoft Teams solutions, fortifying its growth in the collaboration market.

Earlier this year, Momentum announced the acquisition of Asset Black, a Georgia-based managed network provider.
