Movate, Krisp partner to transform contact centers with AI voice tech

TEXAS and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — A strategic partnership between digital customer experience (CX) provider Movate and Voice AI company Krisp aims to transform global contact center operations.
The move will integrate Krisp’s real-time accent conversion and voice translation into Movate’s AI-powered CX platform, driving efficiency, scalability, and performance for enterprises worldwide.
AI-driven human augmentation enhances CX delivery
The partnership is fundamentally structured around a “Human + AI” model, designed to augment agent capabilities rather than replace them.
Movate brings its global delivery network and delivery experience, developed with 12,000 employees across 20 locations and a network of on-demand experts.
It can also be recalled that Movate’s acquisition of healthcare Salesforce specialist Solomo marked a strategic expansion of its AI and cloud offerings, directly targeting the complex healthcare sector to meet growing enterprise demand for integrated, data-driven platforms.
“Our partnership with Krisp.ai strengthens Movate’s commitment to reimagining global CX operations by bringing next-generation voice AI solutions directly into the core of our CX offerings,” said Mandeep Kwatra, Practice Head for CX Transformation at Movate.
The current offerings will be enhanced by Krisp’s advanced Voice AI, which processes more than 80 billion minutes of voice conversations each month and implements on-device AI models to provide real-time accent conversion and real-time voice translation for agent processes.
The combination of this strategy directly addresses the barriers that have been there in foreign voice operations. By using AI Accent Conversion from Krisp, the partnership is actively eliminating accent as a hiring constraint, enabling companies to tap into larger, more diverse talent pools.
The technology enhances customer understanding, which, in turn, positively influences the quality of the interaction system, the well-being of agents, and the overall performance of the service, without compromising on high-quality, privacy-oriented security standards across all communications.
Voice AI boosts proficiency, CSAT and cost efficiency
The partnership is explicitly engineered to deliver concrete, quantifiable business outcomes for enterprises seeking scalable and cost-effective voice operations.
“Enterprises are looking for more than cost savings they want intelligent, location-agnostic delivery models that deliver superior customer experiences,” said Kwatra.
“Together with Krisp.ai, we are enabling brands to confidently expand into new markets, accelerate proficiency, and achieve exceptional results powered by AI.”
Movate’s W(AI)VE framework and AI suite for agent enablement, combined with Krisp’s voice optimization, target key performance indicators: accelerating speed-to-proficiency, reducing call resolution times, and maintaining high customer satisfaction during geographic pivots.
This allows businesses to diversify their service-delivery footprint. By utilizing Krisp’s AI Accent Conversion alongside Movate’s AI-powered simulated training, the client transitioned operations from the Philippines to India, achieving operational status in just six weeks.
The program has a 2.5 times faster agent proficiency rate. It achieved a 87% customer satisfaction score (CSAT), a 28% reduction in operational costs, and maintained service quality throughout the complex migration.
Davit Baghdasaryan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of Krisp, notes, “By embedding real-time accent conversion and voice translation into Movate’s CX delivery and training stack, we remove friction that slows agents down and limits where teams can scale.”
“This is the direction global CX is moving, and this partnership accelerates that shift.”
