Nearsure boosts Latin American expansion with São Paulo office
DELAWARE, UNITED STATES — Tech talent firm Nearsure has opened a new office in São Paulo, Brazil, marking a significant stride in its Latin American expansion. The move is set to leverage Brazil’s exceptional IT expertise and is predicted to double the company’s local headcount by 2024.
Since commencing operations in 2020, Nearsure has seen rapid growth in Brazil, reporting a 150% yearly surge. The current team of 90 developers is set to grow as Nearsure banks on the country’s IT talent pool. Nearsure CEO Giuliana Corbo praised Brazil’s IT professionals for their role in fueling this growth.
“Highly trained IT professionals with a proficient level of English are just what we need to keep growing as the ideal tech partner for all our clients, and I’m thrilled to have more Brazilian talent join our already extensive network,” Corbo said.
Bruno Carrabs, Nearsure’s CFO, underscored the essential part their professionals play in the consistent progress of the business. He said, “We thrive alongside diverse, innovative, and qualified talent whom we also help grow, and we’re beyond excited to be collaborating in the tech industry as a bridge between highly esteemed US clients and the most talented Latin American IT professionals the region can offer.”
Situated in the bustling Vila Madalena Office Space, the new São Paulo office will be a hotspot for hackathons, networking events, and training sessions. The goal is to spur knowledge sharing and foster a strong tech community.
While emphasizing Nearsure’s commitment to a remote-first approach, Corbo also highlighted the importance of providing physical venues for employees and clients to interact directly.
Nearsure continues to connect businesses with top-tier IT professionals, offering agile and cost-effective solutions to meet client demands across various time zones.
