Newly-launched AI tool to fast-track BPO recruitment in PH
An artificial intelligence (AI) powered communication assessment tool launched by talent analysis and remote proctoring solutions provider Mercer | Mettl is set to help the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms in the Philippines make “fast, reliable, and data-backed hiring decisions.”
The introduction of SpeechX in the Philippine market helps recruiters and evaluators gauge the quality and clarity of a candidate’s speech. Using insights from seasoned industry experts, BPO practitioners, and voice and accent trainers, the AI tool can calculate an integrity score for each job applicant and ensure control against cheating and misconduct during the judgment process.
