NICE debuts initiative to broaden AI reach to businesses

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — NICE, an AI-powered customer experience (CX) software for the contact center has unveiled its ‘1K Every Day’ initiative under the ElevateAI banner.
This scheme promises businesses, irrespective of their size, up to 1,000 daily interactions with ElevateAI’s AI-enabled transcription services and CX AI models free of charge.
ElevateAI, an offshoot of NICE’s flagship Enlighten AI, offers an economical avenue for brands to boost customer satisfaction and augment agent efficiency.
The inception of the ‘1K Every Day’ initiative marks a step towards widespread AI adoption, removing initial costs and enabling firms to transform their customer journey.
ElevateAI employs AI models trained on billions of interactions to supercharge CX in contact centers.
