NICE acquires LiveVox, eyes $142Mn revenue boost

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES – Tech firm NICE Systems Ltd. (NICE) has officially acquired call center platform LiveVox, and expects the company to lift its 2024 revenues.
NICE aims to integrate LiveVox into CXone, the company’s cloud customer experience (CX) platform, to craft an extensive platform for all customer interactions.
The LiveVox deal was announced in October. NICE forecasts LiveBox will contribute $142 million to its full-year revenue in 2024.
NICE provides artificial intelligence (AI)-driven CX software for contact centers to over 25,000 organizations worldwide. Its platform CXone is designed to manage various customer interactions using AI.
Meanwhile, LiveVox has a 20-year history in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven services for firms worldwide.
NICE chief executive officer Barak Eilam said, “Organizations around the globe are looking to partner with us as they accelerate their CX AI journey, and we are excited to provide them with the most comprehensive platform to help fuel their success.”
This is NICE’s latest initiative concerning CXone. It recently updated the platform with various AI enhancements, including AutoSummary, which creates interaction summaries for voice and digital channels.
CXone now has a storage option with the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform, allowing firms to easily integrate CXone into operations and preferred public cloud.
With this, CXone can integrate with any automatic call distributor (ACD), on-premises or in the cloud.
