OMNIA Partners signs new 10-year outsourcing pact with Konica Minolta

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Procurement company OMNIA Partners has signed a new 10-year deal with tech firm Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta).
Konica Minolta will extend its service offerings to OMNIA Partners stakeholders in the private sector.
The partnership will include Konica Minolta’s managed information technology (IT) services and Intelligent Information Management (IIM) – with a focus on business process outsourcing (BPO), workflow automation, and digital archiving services.
In addition to advanced tech solutions, Konica Minolta will also provide security camera services, as well as managed print services for OMNIA Partners’ business operations.
OMNIA Partners is a group purchasing organization that serves public agencies, educational institutions, and corporate clients. The new 10-year deal with Konica Minolta extends their 25-year legacy as business partners.
Meanwhile, Konica Minolta, formed through a merger in 2003 by Japanese imaging firms Konica and Minolta, manufactured and sold single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras before transitioning to printing solutions. Its North American arm specializes in business IT service offerings.
“With Konica Minolta‘s extensive technology and solutions, we know we are providing a unique opportunity for our members to embrace services critical to their business continuity and digital transformation,” said Todd Abner, President and Chief Executive Officer, OMNIA Partners.
