OP360 opens fifth BPO site in Philippines

CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm OfficePartners360 (OP360) has opened a new site in Cagayan de Oro City, marking its fifth office in the Philippines.
The new facility is located at SM CDO Downtown Premier Tower. The 74,000-square-foot space can accommodate nearly 1,500 seats and is divided into five different areas: communal, meeting, support, wellness, and utilities.
The expansion initiative was announced in Q4 2022 and aligns with the firm’s commitment to enhance service delivery capabilities in key locations worldwide.
The Cagayan De Oro facility also marks OP360’s second office in Mindanao, one of the Philippines’ three island groups. OP360 now operates in three major anchor cities in the country, joining Cebu City and Davao City.
Its Davao City site has three floors and can accommodate 1,029 employees. Meanwhile, its two-floor Cebu facility offers 600 additional seats.
“Education and adventure converge here in CDO, the City of Golden Friendship,” says Ben Roberts, President and Chief Operating Officer at OP360.
“We couldn’t be any more excited to tap into its thriving ecosystem of highly-educated young professionals and contribute to their growth and, by extension, that of the region.”
The firm recently received its Great Place To Work certifications across its operations in the United States, Colombia, and the Philippines.
