PartnerHero acquires ElevateCX

IDAHO, UNITED STATES — Customer operations outsourcing provider PartnerHero recently acquired ElevateCX, a renowned community and event series tailored for customer experience (CX) leaders, to reinforce its leadership in CX innovation. The amount was not disclosed to the public.
ElevateCX, founded in 2012, stands out for its authentic and engaging event approach. Over the past decade, the organization has organized 40 global events, featuring flagship conferences that promote in-depth interactions.
Sarah Hatter, the founder of ElevateCX, emphasized that their events diverge from typical business conferences, focusing instead on fostering lasting personal and professional connections.
As part of this deal, Hatter will don the Senior Director of Community and Events role at PartnerHero. The upcoming ElevateCX event, scheduled for October 12-13 in Atlanta, Georgia, will be under PartnerHero’s banner.
Mercer Smith, VP of CX Insights and Community at PartnerHero, expressed enthusiasm about integrating ElevateCX’s unique approach to events and the broader community.
ElevateCX is recognized for its comprehensive educational offerings catering to CX practitioners, team leads, and managers. PartnerHero, on the other hand, specializes in premium customer operations outsourcing and has a broad operational footprint with offices in the United States, Honduras, Romania, and the Philippines.
PartnerHero acquired Summatti, an AI-powered conversation analytics platform, earlier this year to accelerate its plan to build an omnichannel CX operations platform.
