Peak Support hires its first CIO

Peak Support welcomes its first Chief Information Officer, Stephen Lowe.
Lowe brings more than 25 years of technology and security experience to the company, with the majority of it within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Before his new role, Lowe served as Global Vice President of Information Technology and Security for ResultsCX. Further, he also worked for Arvato Bertelsmann and co-founded PCS Partners.
In his role as Peak Support CIO, he will be responsible for leading the firm’s internal technology and security functions.
Peak Support CEO and founder Jonathan Steiman believe that Lowe’s “deep experience” in the sector will be an excellent fit in the company’s “people-first, entrepreneurial culture.”
