PeopleScout named Global RPO Leader for 5th consecutive year

CHICAGO, UNITED STATES — Talent solutions provider PeopleScout was recently recognized as a Global Leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) by consulting firm Everest Group for the fifth consecutive year. 

Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix assessment ranks RPO service providers based on their market impact and delivery capabilities, dividing them into three categories: Aspirants, Major Contenders, and Leaders. 

The latest matrix highlighted PeopleScout’s growing presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) — especially in the United Kingdom — and a diverse client base in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. 

It also underscored the company’s continued investment in its cloud-based recruitment platform called Affinix and its success in total talent solutions delivery, high-volume recruitment, and early career hiring.

“Its deep expertise and strong brand recall in North America remained strong in 2022,” added Everest Group Partner Arkadev Basak. 

Everest Group’s assessment is based on three key sources of information: its database of approximately 5,200 RPO deals, the operational capability of over 45 assessed RPO service providers, and ongoing buyer surveys and interactions. 

To be named a Leader, RPO providers must have the highest maturity levels in market impact, vision, and capability.
