Philippines promotes healthcare outsourcing at Las Vegas industry event

NEVADA, UNITED STATES — The Philippines is increasing its efforts to establish itself as a major player in the global healthcare outsourcing industry through a healthcare roadshow in Las Vegas, Nevada, from March 3 to 7, 2025.
Organized by the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP), the roadshow aims to showcase the country’s growing strengths in Information Technology – Business Process Management (IT-BPM) and Healthcare Information Management Services (HIMS).
Backed by several government departments, including the Department of Trade and Industry-Export Marketing Bureau (DTI-EMB), the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), the event is designed to facilitate the meeting of Philippine HIMS companies with possible American partners and clients.
Various HIMS companies — including ADEC Innovations, Inspiro, and Pointwest Innovations Corporation — will represent the Philippine business sector in the event.
Panning for growth at HIMSS 2025
Alongside the roadshow, HIMAP will be present at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Global Annual Conference and Exhibition from March 3 to March 6 at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas.
This is also CITEM’s first time supporting Philippine healthcare providers in this high-profile event.
More than 40,000 industry professionals worldwide are expected to attend HIMSS 2025, which gives Philippine delegates a chance to exhibit their skills in digital healthcare, artificial intelligence, and smart health solutions.
Bacolod joins healthcare outsourcing promotion efforts
Local officials from Bacolod City are also present to join the promotion of IT-BPM capabilities. Bacolod’s delegation is looking to draw investments by focusing on the advantages of HIMS companies in the city.
Under the slogan “Make It Happen in the Philippines,” this initiative proves the country’s willingness to strengthen its position as a leading supplier of healthcare services outsourcing services.
