Quadratec to hire call center employees for Nevada office

NEVADA, UNITED STATES — Jeep parts and accessories provider Quadratec is hiring customer care representatives for its new call center in Sparks, Nevada.
According to Quadratec, the call center jobs will be fully remote.
The contact center support staff will cover customer service, sales, marketing, general inquiry assistance through incoming calls, emails, online chats and social networks.
Rhory Wright, Quadratec’s talent acquisition specialist, said that setting up the contact center is part of the company’s commitment to providing top-notch service to its customers.
Quadratec is a U.S.-based direct-to-enthusiast retailer of Jeep aftermarket, with over 100,000 unique Jeep parts and accessories from hundreds of manufacturers.
