Qualtrics, WorkJam announce strategic partnership

UNITED STATES & CANADA — Software provider Qualtrics and digital frontline platform, WorkJam, have announced a strategic partnership.
The collaboration will merge Qualtrics’ state-of-the-art conversational intelligence with WorkJam’s frontline-centric super app.
This integration aims to provide businesses with real-time feedback on frontline operations, offering crucial insights into employee priorities, concerns, and needs.
Research from the Qualtrics XM Institute shows that pivotal customer interactions, such as order precision and prompt service, are deeply linked to employees’ inter-relational trust and alignment with corporate visions.
WorkJam’s platform is known for providing frontline employees of leading global firms with digital tools for scheduling, task management, training, and communication.
With the new partnership, businesses can harness Qualtrics’ conversational intelligence to decipher unstructured data from WorkJam’s modules.
This will enable a deeper understanding of frontline sentiments and timely awareness of topics demanding managerial attention. Notably, Qualtrics AI can spotlight issues like product rollout challenges or frontline top-performers deserving acknowledgment.
In June, Qualtrics rolled out three contact center offerings in a bid to transform the customer service landscape.
Qualtrics reports that close to 20,000 organizations are using its AI technology. The company has two headquarters located in Provo, Utah, and Seattle.
