ResultsCX completes Bulgaria rebranding

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Global customer experience (CX) solutions provider ResultsCX announced the successful rebranding of operations in Bulgaria.
According to the firm, their operations in the cities of Sofia and Plovdiv will now operate under the name “ResultsCX Bulgaria” and will continue to deliver the same exceptional customer support in multiple languages as before.

The official name change from “SixtyK EAD” to “ResultsCX Bulgaria EAD” was finalized in the Bulgarian Commercial Register on April 3, 2023. This milestone represents the culmination of ResultsCX’s acquisition of 60K in September 2022.
With the rebranding, ResultsCX Bulgaria gains access to a global team of subject matter experts, providing an expanded range of tools and experience across various industries. This will enable them to enhance digital transformation efforts and deliver improved outcomes for clients and customers.
